To ensure a safe working environment for all staff and to teach staff their own responsibilities when it comes to Health and Safety.
It is the employer’s responsibility to provide a safe working environment, safe working systems and equipment and safe processes for work. As all employees also have a responsibility to adhere to processes, use equipment, attend training and report concerns etc – this course aims to ensure staff understand this.
