Aim:
To educate staff in how to carry out appropriate risk assessments on all aspects of daily work and to teach how to record, document and report concerns of risk accurately.
Risk assessments are an important tool in protecting children and school staff from harm and will ensure all are complying with legislation by reducing risks to as far as is reasonable practicable.
This course discusses each stage of a risk assessment, how to evaluate the findings of this and what to do in emergency situations.
