Aim:
To ensure all healthcare staff have a complete understanding of the risk contained with unsafe food preparation and storage.
With more care being provided in a supported living environment or within clients own homes healthcare staff are being required to have more involvement within food preparation and it is essential to be fully aware of the importance of safe food handling.
This course is specifically aimed at the various healthcare settings care staff find themselves in and offers practical advice on the issue they will be faced with preparing and storing food within residential kitchens.
