Aim:
To ensure all catering staff have a complete understanding of the risk contained with unsafe food preparation, cooking and storage.
The level 2 Food Hygiene training teaches all attendee’s about all aspects of food safety from Farm to Fork. This interactive course really demonstrates the importance of a full knowledge base and accurate record keeping by all parties involved in food safety.
All attendees will undertake an exam at the end of this course to determine full and complete understanding.
