Aim:
To increase confidence and effective communication with the healthcare setting for all care staff.
Effective communication allows us to provide appropriate care, contact relevant outside agencies, negotiate in difficult or challenging situations, to create productive relationships and to remain sensitive at appropriate times.
This course covers communication, not only with clients, but also with other work colleagues, regulatory bodies, other agencies and family members.
